Present appeal has been preferred by the mother of deceased - Yash Pal @ Goga - who filed a claim petition being MACP-178-2019 alongwith wife and children of the deceased. However, two appeals were preferred : one being FAO-4820-2023 by the wife of the deceased, namely, Sonal and the other being FAO-2316-2024 by the mother of the deceased. Appeal being FAO-4820-2023 already stands disposed off vide order dated 12.08.2025 and the amount has been directed to be released to the claimants including the appellant herein, as per the apportionment directed by the Tribunal within a period of six weeks.

In view thereof, no separate order is required to be passed in the present appeal.
