(Presence marked through Video Conference) -.- ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioners herein, inter alia, seek issuance of a writ in nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release, what they call it, their over time allowance from the date of initial appointments, as admissible to them. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners relies on an order passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide CWP No.3005 of 2018 decided on 01.02.2019 titled as ÒBrij Bhushan and others Vs. State of Haryana and othersÓ contained at Annexure P-3.

He submits that in the premise, the petitioners submitted a representation dated 19.04.2021 (Annexure P-4) but to no avail. Hence, the instant petition.

Learned State counsel, on advance service, joins proceedings and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State of Haryana and seeks time to file reply.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that let a final decision is taken, either way, by the respondents on the pending representation dated 19.04.2021 (Annexure P-4). 7.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to look into the grievance of the petitioners as per representation dated 19.04.2021 (Annexure P-4) and also by keeping in view the contentions raised in the present petition by treating the same as supplementary representation and take a decision, in accordance with law.

Let the needful be done within a period of two months from today.

Disposed of accordingly.
