(ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of appropriate order, or direction to the official respondents not to harass the petitioner at the instance of the private respondents and in case, the petitioner is required for any purpose of investigation or enquiry with respect to the matrimonial dispute of the son of the petitioner with Gurwinder Kaur-respondent No. 7 then appropriate directions may kindly be issued to the official respondents to comply with the provisions of Section 41-A in the light of the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar and another (Criminal No. 1270 of 2024, Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 9127 of 2013 decided on 02.07.2014.

After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to interfere in this case; learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

Permitted to do so.
