R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in FIR No. 8 dated 10.11.2014 for offence under Sections 7 and 13 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, registered at Police Station State Vigilance Bureau, Panchkula.
The petitioner allegedly demanded bribe of ` 2 lacs for clearing the bills of more than ` 25 lacs of an outsourcing agency. The recovery of ` 75,000/- was made from the jeep of the petitioner.
It is submitted that in deference to the order dated 31.03.2015, the complainant has since been examined by the trial Court.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, the instant petition is allowed and the petitioner be admitted to bail on furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
