***** HARSH BUNGER J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.2 to issue passport to the petitioner. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the passport application submitted by the petitioner- Mankirat Kaur Brar (minor) through her mother already stands closed and therefore, he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application before the passport authorities along with all the requisite documents/information.
