The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for setting aside/quashing the complaint No.76 of 2023 dated 07.01.2023 under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (Annexure P-4). 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent states that the main case before the Trial Court stands decided and hence, the present petition has since been rendered infructuous.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
