*** Nidhi Gupta, J. (Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC is for quashing of FIR No.022 dated 15.03.2017 under Sections 498-A and 406IPC registered at Police Station Chabbewal, District Hoshiarpur (Annexure P/1) and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. Learned State Counsel on instructions from ASI Deepankar Singh informs that the petitioner has been convicted vide judgment dated 24.05.2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Hoshiarpur. Order dated 24.05.2023 supplied by learned State counsel is taken on record. Order sheet reveals that notice could not be issued to respondent No.2 for want of process fee.

None is present on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the position as noted above as well as the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of.
