ARUN MONGA, J.(ORAL) Petition herein, inter-alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.1 to 4 to conduct inquiry in complaints made by the petitioner against respondents No.6 to 8 and initiate regular departmental enquiry against them. Further prayer has been made to decide representation/complaints.

After going through the petition, it seems to be suffering from misjoinder and multiple joinder of different causes of action, apart from vague and wild allegations contained therein.
