KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) The case has been taken up through Video Conferencing due to prevailing situation of COVID-19.

The petitioner is NET qualified and worked as Assistant Lecturer (Commerce) in Dronacharya Government College, Gurgaon, and was relieved in 2015 due to non-availability of workload. The petitioner is now seeking that she may be adjusted in the above-said college, keeping in view the workload and vacancy available in the college. The grievance of the petitioner is that she has given a representation (Annexure P-15) dated 25.06.2020 requesting that she be allowed to join as extension lecturer in the aforesaid college, as per the vacant posts still available there, which are mentioned at Sr. No.186 in letter dated 28.01.2019 (Annexure P-12).

Notice of motion.

At this stage, Mr. Jitender Kumar, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned State VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2020.08.14 14:18

CWP No.11769 of 2020 -2counsel have no objection if direction is given to dispose of the above-said representation of the petitioner by the concerned authorities, in the light of the earlier decision given by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No.13083 of 2019 dated 17.05.2019 titled Reenakshi Yadav Versus State of Haryana.

In the light of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of by giving directions to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to look into the representation dated 25.06.2020 (Annexure P-15) and adjust the petitioner on vacant post in the college mentioned at Sr. No.186 of letter dated 28.01.2019 (Annexure P-12) keeping in view the judgment passed in the above said CWP No.13083 of 2019 dated 17.05.2019, preferably within next two months from the date of passing of this order.
