**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners relies upon order dated 04.04.2022 passed in CWP No.6339 of 2022 titled Vineet Kumar and others Vs. State of Haryana and others to contend that representation of the petitioners be also decided in the same terms.
Petitioners seek issuance of necessary directions to respondent No.4 to issue registration certificate to the petitioners in view of Sections 29 to 32 of the Pharmacy Act and also in view of Section 12 of the aforesaid Act within a time bound manner.
Coordinate Bench in the aforesaid case has disposed PRINCE SAINI 2022.06.01 18:21 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
CWP No.12512 of 2022(O&M) of the petition by directing the respondent-State to treat the writ petition as representation on behalf of the petitioners therein and take a decision in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order, failing which, the officer responsible for the lapse would be liable to deposit costs of Rs.20,000/- from his personal pocket with the Punjab and Haryana High Court Advocates Welfare Fund. Direction given in Para No.7 of the said order is not applicable to the present case as there is no FIR/complaint lodged against the petitioners.
For the detailed reasons given in the order dated 04.04.2022 passed in CWP No.6339 of 2022, this writ petition is also disposed of in the same terms except the observations made in para No.7 of the said order.
