(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.167 dated 26.03.2021 under Sections 323/377/406/498-A/34 IPC registered at Police Station Sirsa, District Sirsa. It was the case of the petitioner that the FIR in question came into existence as a counter-blast to the petition filed by him under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act. Besides the aforementioned, it was also urged that a perusal of the FIR in question revealed that only vague allegations had been levelled against the petitioner including the allegations to attract the mischief under Section 377 IPC. Learned counsel has apprised the court that in compliance of order dated 16.07.2021 the petitioner has joined investigation and hence, the present petition be allowed.
