Keeping in view the nature of prayer made but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, it is directed that the present petition be treated as a representation on behalf of the petitioner and respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Chandigarh shall look into the matter and take appropriate action as may be necessary in accordance with law. Disposed of accordingly.
