(ORAL) The petitioner herein has sought the relief of anticipatory bail in the criminal case arisen out of the FIR bearing No.0116 dated 28.02.2022 registered at Police Station Suraj Kund, District Faridabad, under Sections 420 IPC (wherein the offences under Sections 416, 419, 120-B, 467, 468, 471 IPC are stated to have been added later-on). Today, learned State counsel, on the instructions from PSI Vivek Kumar Malik from the afore-said Police Station, apprises the Court that the petitioner has joined in the investigation in compliance of the order dated 01.06.2022 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench and his custodial interrogation is not required and he is also not involved in any other criminal case of the similar nature and the Challan has already been presented before the competent Court.
Keeping in view of the above-discussed submission as made by learned State counsel, the present petition is allowed and the relief of SEEMA SHARMA 2022.09.07 19:11 I attest the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
