RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.187 dated 01.10.2018 registered under Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 at Police Station Sardulgarh, District Mansa. On instructions from the Investigating Officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 23.10.2018 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
