Before start of the summer vacations, today is the last working day of the Court.

The dispute is with regard to the custody of a minor child aged nine years during the summer vacation of the child. The Courts are reopening only on 04.07.2022. By that time, the summer vacation of the child would be over. In view thereof, no order can possibly be passed. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, this revision petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application as and when occasion rises before the trial Court.
