(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition is for quashing of FIR No.13 dated 16.04.2024 under Sections 420 and 120-B of the IPC registered at Police Station Punjab State Crime, S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali, District Crime Wing, Mohali, and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined in view of the fact that the FIR was not even a month old having been registered as recently as on 16.04.2024 and was still at a nascent stage even as far as investigation is concerned, a prayer was made by learned counsel for the petitioner for withdrawal of the instant petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
