Ms. Kirti Singh, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, has stated that the service book of the petitioner has been completed on 11.08.2020 and pursuant thereto, the pensionary benefits payable to the petitioner have been released on 15.10.2020. He submits that in view of the aforesaid, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

Mr. Shalender Mohan, learned counsel, for the petitioner, submits that he has tried to contact the petitioner, however, he is not answering the telephonic call.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an application for revival if something survives in the petition.
