**** MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU , J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already joined the investigation in pursuance of order dated 02.12.2017 passed by this Court.
This fact is acknowledged by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Narbir Singh and he further states that the custodial interrogation of the present petitioner is not required in this case. Be that as it may, the petitioner has already joined the investigation and his custodial investigation is not required in the present case. Thus, the interim order dated 02.12.2017 passed by this Court is hereby made absolute, subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and the present petition stands disposed of.
