(ORAL ) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'the Cr.P.C.)' praying for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.22 dated 20.2.2019, under Sections 379 and 506 IPC and under Section 29, 32, 33 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 and also under Sections 4 and 5 of the Punjab Land Preservation Act, 1900, registered at Police Station Sadar Rupnagar, District Rupnagar. On 25.7.2019, this Court had issued interim directions in pursuance whereof, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2019.12.17 14:51 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CRM-M-22112-2019 (O&M) petitioners have joined the investigation. He further submits that 3rd coaccused has also been granted the concession of regular bail by the learned trial Court.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Mohan Lal, states that after passing of the order dated 25.7.2019, the petitioners have joined investigation and cooperated.
I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the record .
Considering the totality of the circumstances and the fact that the petitioners have already joined the investigation and cooperated and further that other accused have also been enlarged on regular bail, the present petition is allowed. Interim order dated 25.7.2019, is hereby made absolute.
