Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Family Court concerned for redressal of his grievances. 2.

Since it has been submitted that appropriate arrangements for education of minor son of the petitioner are not being made by respondent No.2 - Loveleen Kaur and that the petitioner is willing to undertake the expenses for the same, it shall be open to the petitioner to move an appropriate application in this regard before the Family Court concerned alongwith any other appropriate petition that may be filed.
