The compromise is stated to have been effected between the parties and they are to withdraw various cases pending between them. In view of the averments made in the application, same is allowed and the main case is taken up for hearing today itself. Main case In view of the submissions made aforesaid, applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the revision petition and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.
