(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner, in case FIR No. 170 dated 05.08.2018 registered under Sections 323, 452, 380 read with Section 34 IPC (Section 324 IPC added later on) at Police Station Chheharta, District Police Commissionerate, Amritsar. Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 20.11.2018, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
