The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 08.03.2022 (Annexure P-1) passed the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ludhiana whereby an application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC filed by the petitioner herein for rejection of the plaint was dismissed. 2.

During the interregnum, as per the E-courts website of District Courts, Ludhiana, the main civil suit itself stands partly decreed vide judgment and decree dated 28.02.2023 and hence the present revision petition has since been rendered infructuous. 3.
