This order will dispose of five contempt petitions i.e. COCP Nos.1682, 1686, 1692, 1693 and 1999 of 2026.

Neither the compliance report has been submitted nor the order

has been complied with. When this Court was about to proceed in the matter, learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Anil Kumar Dalal, Assistant Director, Elementary Education, has submitted that in the present bunch of five cases, there are total 11 petitioners and the case of seven petitioners has been forwarded to the Accountant General for payment and the case of the other four petitioners would be forwarded today itself. It is further submitted that within four weeks from today, the payment would be made to the petitioners and further on instructions has submitted that in case the same is not done and the petitioners have to file an application for revival of the present petitions, then, the respondents would pay an amount of 15,000/- as litigation expenses in each of the contempt petitions. ₹ 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners have submitted that in view of the same, the present petitions be disposed of but respondents be bound by the statement made before this Court.
