RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.105 dated 17.09.2018 registered under Section 379B, 324, 323, 341, 506, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Julkan, District Patiala. Learned State counsel, on instructions from the investigating officer, submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for custodial interrogation.

In view of above, order dated 23.10.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
