RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.353 dated 11.09.2018 registered under Sections 379/379-B/473 IPC at Police Station Salem Tabri, Ludhiana.

On instructions from H.C. Hardip Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 23.10.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
