The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, alleging that respondent no.3 is continuously harassing the petitioner as well as her family members by raiding the house of the petitioner without any reason and without any lady Constable.

In the petition, it has been specifically mentioned that case(s) under the NDPS Act have already been registered against the son of the petitioner and he is also residing along with the petitioner in her house. Even then, if any harassment was being caused by the police, efficacious alternate remedy was available to the petitioner regarding the same, which has not been exhausted. As such, the present petition is disposed of as being not maintainable.
