(Oral) CM-11207-CII-2026 This is an application for advancing the date of hearing of the main case from 15.10.2026 and disposal of the same. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that respondent concedes the claim of the petitioners and hence, prays for advancement of the date of hearing of the main case.
For the grounds taken in the application, same is allowed. Accordingly, hearing of the main case is advanced to today and with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, is taken on board for final disposal. CM stands disposed of.

CR-3201-2026 (O&M) -: 2 :- Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kurukshetra, whereby an ad interim injunction has been granted in favour of plaintiff/respondent. 2.
Learned counsel for the parties have arrived at a consensus that in order to curtail the procedural delay and since the present petition is directed against an order granting ad interim injunction while the main application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2, CPC is still pending adjudication, the present petition be disposed of with a direction to the Trial Court to expeditiously dispose of the pending injunction application in a time bound manner and till its disposal, both the parties would maintain status quo. 3.
I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the record with their able assistance. 4.
Keeping in view the consensus arrived at between the parties, the present petition is disposed of with the direction to the learned Trial Court to expeditiously dispose of the application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2, CPC, preferably on the date of hearing already fixed before it or within two months thereafter. It is further directed that till the final disposal of the said application by the Trial Court, parties would maintain status quo as it exists today.

Disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
