It is humbly submitted that as per the directions of Hon'ble High Court petitioners Sumitar Kaur, Piar Kaur and respondent No.2 Surjit Singh appeared in this Court on 4.3.2015 for furnishing their statements. In this regard respondent No.2 Surjit Kaur suffered his separate statement before this Court to the effect that present case was registered on his statement against said petitioners/accused and that now the matter has been compromised with all the accused persons with the intervention of respectables of the village and that he does not want to take further action against all the accused persons. He further stated that he has made this statement out of free will, without any threat or pressure and that he has no objection if the FIR No. 139 of 2011, registered at PS Beas is quashed by the Hon'ble High Court.
