For the reasons enumerated in the application, the same is allowed and main case i.e. CRM-M-45874-2017 is taken on Board for today itself. CRM stands disposed of.

CRM-M-45874-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he does not want to pursue the present petition for quashing of FIR No. 319 dated 16.09.2017 under Section 354-D, 506 of IPC, registered at PGIMS Rohtak and withdraws the same, as the case is at final stage.

In view of the statement, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
