# the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.126 dated 04.09.2013 registered at Police Station Sahnewal, District Ludhiana under Sections 323/324/452/148/149 IPC against the present petitioners along with all consequences arising out of the said FIR are quashed. The petition stands allowed in those terms.
