(the aforesaid presence is being recorded through video conferencing since the proceedings are being conducted in Virtual Court) ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards veracity of averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4-Commissioner of Police, Gurugram to ensure that the matter pertaining to FIR No.004 dated 9.1.2020 registered at Police Station DLF Phase-2, Gurugram under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code (wherein offence under Section 467 IPC was added lateron), is got examined in accordance with law, so that a final report is submitted thereafter at the earliest.

While perusing the paper-book, this Court noticed that some of the annexures are not properly printed/typed properly. Infact the material document i.e. FIR (Annexure P-13) is hardly legible and some part of the PANKAJ KAKKAR 2020.08.14 13:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

( 2 ) CRM-M-22714-2020 (O&M) same at page No.152 is smudged. Same is the case in other documents including order dated 17.2.2003 (Annexure P-2) of Hon'ble the Supreme Court.
