Vide this petition, the petitioner seeks the concession of 'anticipatory bail' under the provisions of Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., upon FIR no.170, dated 28.06.2021, having been registered at Police Station Maqboolpura, District Amritsar, alleging therein the commission of offences punishable under Sections 323, 379-B, 506, 336, 148 and 149 of the IPC, as also Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959.
The petitioner having been ordered to be admitted to interim bail vide the order 18.08.2021, learned State counsel states on instructions from ASI Baldev Singh, that he having joined such investigation, his custodial interrogation is not required.
That being so, the aforesaid order dated 18.08.2021 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions, with no comment made on the merits of the case by this court.

Vide this petition, the petitioner seeks the concession of 'regular bail' under the provisions of Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., upon FIR no.170, dated 28.06.2021, having been registered at Police Station Maqboolpura, District Amritsar, alleging therein the commission of offences punishable under Sections 323, 379-B, 506, 336, 148 and 149 of the IPC, as also Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959.
6( / #* for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a 21 year old young man, who has been in custody for the past more than 7 months, but with learned State counsel submitting that even the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has not been submitted.
