This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No. 96 dated 23.05.2013 under Sections 306/120-B IPC at Police Station Mataur, district SAS Nagar (Mohali).

During the pendency of this petition, petitioner no. 2 has been arrested by the investigating agency. Petitioner no. 1 has, however, appeared before the trial court and released on interim bail.

Under the circumstances, order dated February 21, 2015 qua petitioner no. 2 is made absolute subject to conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Disposed of.
