(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.289 dated 23.10.2017 registered under Sections 323, 325, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Samrala, Police District Khanna, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2). Pursuant to the order dated 04.12.2017 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate on 08.12.2017 to get their statements recorded. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Samrala, has submitted her report vide letter bearing No.274 dated 14.12.2017. According to the report, learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class is satisfied that compromise entered into between the parties is genuine and valid one.
Considering the report of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class dated 14.12.2017 and the fact that the compromise will bring harmony in Ravinder Singh 2017.12.22 10:43 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document relations between the parties, FIR No.289 dated 23.10.2017 registered under Sections 323, 325, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Samrala, Police
