(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.152 dated 10.11.2017 under Section 379 IPC and Section 21(1) Mining and Mineral Act, at Police Station Sadar, Jagadhri, District Yamuna Nagar.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated December 04, 2017, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated December 04, 2017, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
