..... Respondents CORAM : HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE PANKAJ JAIN *** Present :- Mr. Vineet Sehgal, Advocate for the petitioner. *** PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) Affidavit of Vikas Gupta, Commissioner and Secretary to Government Haryana, Department of Urban Local Bodies on behalf of respondent No.2 has been filed. The same is taken on record. Operative part thereof reads as under :- "iv). Meanwhile, petitioner Sh. Gulshan Saluja has submitted a representation dated 03.02.2025 (Annexure R-2) applicant to consider his name from the post of Zonal and Taxation Officer to the post of Administrative Officer. Consequently, competent authority has asked the answering respondent to re-examine the matter for promotion on the post of Administrative Officer with relaxation as seeked by the petitioner in his representation dated 03.02.2025.

(iv). The representation dated 03.02.2025 moved by the petitioner has been examined and it has been proposed by the answering respondent to the Competent authority that since there is POOJA SHARMA 2025.05.08 16:38 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

(O&M) requirement of relaxation in experience for the period of about 02 years for promotion of Sh. Gulshan Saluja, Zonal Taxation Officer to the post of Administrative Officer which is not justified, therefore, the petitioner Sh. Gulshan Saluja may be promoted from the post of Zonal Taxation Officer to the post of Executive officer as per recommendation of proceeding of meeting of DPC held on dated 29.01.2025, which is still in operation till 31.12.2025.

(v). That as and when, the Competent Authority will take the final decision regarding promotion of the petitioner Sh. Gulshan Saluja, the order will be passed by the answering respondent accordingly."

In the considered opinion of this Court, the order amounts to be substantive compliance of the order passed by the Writ Court. Contempt petition stands disposed off.
