Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.232 dated 12.06.2014 registered under Sections 323, 406, 498-A, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Baldev Nagar, Ambala.

Admittedly, the investigation of the case is still in progress and no challan has been presented so far.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition at this stage.

Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
