The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 02.11.2020 whereby the respondents have declined to install electricity connection in his field despite payment of expenses/dues. He is further seeking direction to respondent No.1 to initiate departmental action against respondents No.3 & 4 for delay in installation of the electricity connection. 2.

This is second round of litigation. The petitioner on an earlier occasion approached this Court by way of CWP-9488-2020 challenging notice contemplating cancellation of electricity connection which was disposed of vide order dated 09.07.2020 to decide the notice in light of his reply. -2electricity connection on the ground that he misled the department. It was found that he got installed connection in the field of Surjeet Singh. He is active member of Kisan Union which prevented officers when they tried to disconnect connection from Surjit Singh's land. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw instant petition with liberty to avail remedies as permissible by law. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 5.
