...Respondent
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE H.S. MADAAN Present:- Mr. Aditya Sanghi, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Neeraj Poswal, AAG, Haryana.
Mr. D.K. Singal, Advocate for respondent no.2. *** Learned counsel for the complainant states that father of petitioner is pressurising the complainant to withdraw the complaint and the witnesses in the complaint not to depose against the petitioner. This is a serious matter. However, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he would ensure that nothing of that sought is done by the petitioner or his father. Let it be so done. Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 4.12.2017 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The petition stands allowed accordingly.
