Mr.Ankur Jain, AAG, Punjab Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Petitioner has sought a direction to respondent Nos. 1 to 4 for protection of his life and liberty as accused in FIR No.3 dated 2.1.2015 registered at Police Station, Kiratpur Sahib under Sections 341, 323, 148 and 149 IPC have not been arrested so far.

Learned State counsel at the outset submits that there is no threat to the petitioner as all the accused in the aforesaid FIR have been arrested. However, petitioner, who is accused, in the cross case is yet to be arrested.

In view of above, no further direction from this court is necessary.

Disposed of.
