(ORAL) The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of the criminal complaint No.637 dated 31.07.2015 registered under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and further for quashing of the order dated 04.10.2017 (Annexure P-3), whereby notice of accusation has been issued to the petitioners. Reply by way of affidavit filed by Vivek Gupta-respondent No.1 is taken on record.
Vide order dated 16.03.2023, on the joint request of the learned counsel for the parties, the matter was sent to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court for amicable settlement between the parties.
