Mr. Brar on instructions from ASI Sukhwinder Singh submits that as per directions issued by my learned predecessor vide orders dated 30.12.2016 petitioners no. 2-Mandeep Kaur @ Deepa and petitioner no. 3Jatinder Singh @ Ravi have joined investigations and that nothing has been recovered from them and do not oppose their bail together with the contentions of the learned counsel for the petitioner that no role has been attributed to these petitioners for the commission of offence and both have been falsely implicated.

Criminal Misc. No. M-46814 of 2016 -2In view of the aforesaid, without adverting to the merits of the case, the interim bail granted to the petitioners no. 2 and 3 namely Mandeep Kaur @ Deepa and Jatinder Singh @ Ravi vide order dated 30.12.2016 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioners will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
With these observations, the present petition stands disposed off. The observations made herein above shall not be binding on the trial court at the time of trial as these are purely for the disposal of the present bail application.
