(Oral) Present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from respondents No.4 to 8, and to restrain them or anyone acting on their behalf from causing any interference, harassment, or harm to the petitioner.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has filed a representation dated 19.04.2025 (Annexure P-2) before respondent No.2 raising her grievances as mentioned in the present petition but the same has not yet been considered and no action has been taken thereupon. He further submitted that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied if, appropriate directions are issued to respondent No.2, to consider and decide the aforesaid representation/complaint filed by the petitioner and take necessary action thereupon.

In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner and without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the aforesaid representation dated 19.04.2025 (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner expeditiously, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law. 6.

Needless to say, if any threat is found to the petitioner, the official respondents would provide her adequate security in order to protect her life and liberty.

Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
