(ORAL) By this Common order, I shall dispose of above titled four petitions for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.173 dated 18.11.2017 registered under Sections 420, 120-B IPC (Sections 465, 467, 468 and 471 IPC added lateron) at Police Station Kamboj, District Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the complainant submits that in view of compromise between the parties, he has no objection to the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Petitioners, namely, Dr. Ranbir Singh, Harpreet Singh are none else, but sons of the complainant. In view of no objection from the complainant side, order dated 03.10.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
