(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 264 dated 14.12.2016 under Sections 498-A, 506, 34 IPC, (Section 406 IPC has been added vide order dated 04.08.2017) registered at Police Station Women, Sector-51, Gurgaon.

Vide order dated 30.12.2016, the petitioner herein was granted ad-interim bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State confirms the factum of joining investigation by the petitioner.
