(Oral) The petitioner has filed this writ petition directing the respondents to refix his pay after granting him the benefit of 1st ACP on completion of 8 years of service w.e.f. 21.08.2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that he has already moved representation (Annexure P-3) in this regard to the concerned authorities and he will be satisfied if the direction is given to the concerned authorities to dispose of the said representation in a time bound manner by passing a speaking order. At this stage, Mr. Jitender Kumar, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and he is not averse to the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, this writ petition is hereby disposed of, without commenting on the merits of the case or the entitlement of the petitioner for the relief claimed, with a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider and decide representation (Annexure P-3) dated 01.07.2020 by passing a speaking VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2020.08.14 14:18

CWP No.11773 of 2020 -2order, in accordance with law within a period of two months of the receipt of the certified copy of this order and in case the petitioner if found to get any monetary benefits, the same be also release to him within the aforesaid stipulated period.
