(ORAL) By way of filing the present petition, the petitioners are seeking transfer of a complaint under Sections 12, 17, 18, 19, 20, 22 and 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, registered as case No. DV/69/2022 of 16.03.2022 titled as 'Ravinder Kaur vs. Harpreet Kaur and others'.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that all the disputes between the parties have been settled, therefore, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

Thus, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition. Permitted to do so.
