(ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing criminal proceedings in case FIR No.471 dated 29.11.2014, under Section 365 IPC, Police Station Farakpur, Yamuna Nagar. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that daughter of respondent No.2 namely Sonia appeared along with her father before this Court on 27.04.2015 and had stated that the petitioner was not the person against whom FIR was lodged. Thereafter, respondent No.2-complainant moved an application bearing CRM-26086-2017 for placing on record affidavit of his daughter, which was taken on record vide order dated SONIKA 2019.03.15 09:42 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh 25.08.2017, whereby, prosecutrix-Sonia again reiterated that she had seen

CRM-M-5814-2015 --2-- the petitioner for the first time in Court and he was not the real person, who had done wrong act with her.

In view of the above aspect, instant petition is accepted. Resultantly, FIR No.471 dated 29.11.2014 along with all subsequent proceedings arising out of the same, is quashed against the petitioner. Disposed of.
