Pavitar Gulia, Secretary, Municipal Committee, Kundli, Sonipat, states that the notice dated 18.03.2026 (Annexure P-11) issued under Section 181 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 be deemed to having been withdrawn. Consequently, the order dated 01.04.2026 would also be deemed to have been withdrawn. Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.2, however, seeks liberty to proceed against the petitioners in accordance with law.
